Using the URL provided by Arvato, you will be presented with the Login Screen. On this screen you will enter the login details you have been provided. Username will be your email address and Password is provided in your Welcome email from Arvato to reset.;
Once details are entered, press Login, this will send you to your Vertex Homepage Screen.
While on the Login Screen, there is a button called “Forgotten Password”, press this to start the reset process. Once pressed you will then be emailed a forgotten password reset link to the email address registered in your Welcome pack from Arvato. Click on the link from your email and follow the steps to reset your password.

On the Homepage Screen using the search bar at the top middle of the screen you can search for a product using the PZN number, this will take you directly to the Products Screen with your product ready to be added to your basket; you would just need to select the quantity you require before clicking on the words “Add to Basket”.
To add a product to the basket, you firstly need to add the quantity (Qty) by pressing the + button at the end of the table for the item required; this needs to be 1 or more.
You can then navigate the various Brand products required from the categories list on the left of the product table to select additional Brand products – always ensure you add the quantity of the required Brand first before selecting the next Brand product.
Once you have finalised your selection you need to press the words “Add to basket”.
Once an item has been added to the basket, your floating shopping basket icon will contain a number within it. This shows how many items are in your basket.
If you select the floating shopping basket on the middle right of the screen, it will pop out and show you the contents of your basket.
After popping the basket out to see its contents, you want to press the word “Checkout” to proceed to the Checkout Screen.
Once in the Checkout Screen, you can see view all your billing and delivery details, and all the items added to your Basket.
If you are happy with your details and basket items, please press the acceptance notice box and “Place Order Now” button.
This will take you to the Confirmation Screen. This confirms your order has been placed and is in progress, however final Order confirmation will be provided by Arvato Customer Services team.

You can also view your account details on any screen by pressing on the top right word “Account” this will take you back to the Homepage Screen. From there you need to navigate to the bottom of the Homepage Screen and in the dashboard, tiles select the words “My Account Details”. This will take you to your Account Details Screen where you can review all your details.
On the Homepage Screen navigate to the bottom of the screen to the dashboard tiles and select the tile with the words “My Invoices”.
Once selected you will be presented with the Documents Screen showing you all invoices on your account from orders made on the Vertex portal.
When you’re within the Documents Screen to view your invoices, you will see the two buttons on the right-hand side of each individual invoice displayed in the table. One is called “Download”. Press this button to download a PDF copy of your invoice.
On the Homepage Screen scroll down to the bottom, to your dashboard tiles, and select “My Order History”. This will take you to your Order History Screen showing a table of all your previous orders made only on the Vertex site.
Navigate back to your order history. On the right-hand side of each order you will see an arrow symbol. This is used to repeat your entire order, if you press this button, all items within the order selected will be added to your basket.
Once the button has been pressed, you will be presented with a screen showing you which items have been added to your basket. From here press “Proceed to Checkout” where you can then place your order.
